Shafaq News/ Kurdish Minister of Interior Rebar Ahmed Khalid announced an exemption of registration and environmental fees for fully electric vehicles.
The policy, issued under Administrative Directive No. (2) for 2025, will take effect on February 16, 2025, and aims to boost adoption and reduce environmental impact.
The exemption includes first-time registration fees and annual environmental fees.
