The Turkish regime’s repression against journalists continues unabated.

Journalist Sami Yılmaz was detained during a raid on his home in Mersin as part of an investigation launched by the Urfa Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Yılmaz, who suffered a broken leg in a traffic accident last month and is being treated at home, is being held at Mersin Security Directorate.
The journalist is expected to be taken to Urfa.
