Erbil Criminal Court sentenced two suspects who murdered Deniz Cevdet Bülbün to life imprisonment.

Deniz Cevdet Bülbün, a member of the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK) Representative Office in Southern Kurdistan (Northern Iraq), was murdered in a terrorist attack against the KNK headquarters in Hewlêr (Erbil) on 18 September 2023.
The Erbil Criminal Court convened for the fourth time today in the case of Bülbün’s murder.
The two murder suspects were sentenced to life imprisonment.
