The Human Rights Organization Syria-Afrin released the balance sheet of the crimes committed in Afrin in the month of March.

The organization listed the crimes and violations committed in Afrin last month as follows:

“11 people were abducted. Another 20 previously abducted people escaped from Raiyê prison.

One person was killed by an explosive remnant of war.

Six people were subjected to torture, some of them due to Newroz celebrations.

More than 300 olive trees were cut down. In Qitmê, Hec Hesenlî, Qaziqlî Mountain forests, 3,100 trees were cut down.

Forced extortion of migrants continued. 

Many belongings of citizens were stolen by mercenaries.”
