The Internal Security Forces announced that 9 ISIS mercenaries were captured during a security operation carried out in Raqqa Canton.

The Internal Security Forces of Northern and Eastern Syria reported on their official website that they had apprehended 9 ISIS members in Raqqa Canton.
The Press Center of the Internal Security Forces shared footage of the security operation that led to the capture of the ISIS militants.
Security forces also stated that the captured militants were preparing to carry out attacks and were planning to create chaos.
The statement further noted that operations targeting ISIS cells are ongoing, and efforts to protect the region from terrorist attacks will continue.
