The historic estate, located in the exclusive Laughlin Park enclave, was purchased by Jolie in 2017 for approximately $25.5 million. Originally built in the early 20th century, the residence once belonged to filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, who acquired and expanded the property after purchasing a neighboring home in 1916.
Set across roughly two acres, the estate offers sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and the Griffith Observatory. The main residence spans around 11,000 square feet and includes six bedrooms and ten bathrooms, along with additional structures such as a guest cottage and a separate tea house. Amenities on the grounds also include a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym.
