Milligan, a 51-year-old physical therapist and founder of a sports rehabilitation clinic in Los Angeles, joined Schwarzenegger on the red carpet, where they were also seen alongside several high-profile guests, including former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris, Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen, and Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker.
