MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli said he expects the work related to the process to be completed by the end of the year.

MHP (Nationalist Movement Party) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli received Gülseven Media Chairman Necat Gülseven and TV100 Editor-in-Chief Deniz Gürel. Speaking at the MHP Headquarters, Devlet Bahçeli emphasized the importance of the ongoing process seeking to resolve the Kurdish question and stressed that it was important for all political parties to support the commission established in Parliament to this end.
Stating that Abdullah Öcalan’s “Call for Peace and a Democratic Society” has opened the door to positive developments, Bahçeli said that the PKK’s destruction of its weapons is a positive step. Expressing that the peoples of Turkey are an indivisible whole, Bahçeli stated that the MHP will continue to work sincerely for the realization of a climate of peace. He added that he expects the work related to the process to be completed by the end of the year.
