After their third meeting with PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, the İmralı Delegation of the Peoples’ Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) made a statement today at the Elite World Hotel in Istanbul and announced the call by the Kurdish leader.
The delegation was made up of Ahmet Türk, Pervin Buldan, Sırrı Süreyya Önder, Tülay Hatimoğulları, Tuncer Bakırhan, Cengiz Çiçek and Faik Özgür Erol.
Following Abdullah Öcalan’s ‘Call for Peace and Democratic Society’, components of the DEM Party, members of the Central Executive Board (MYK) and İmralı Delegation have convened in Istanbul.
Abdullah Öcalan’s call and messages will be evaluated during the meeting.
