The DOJ sent a letter to Elon Musk’s America PAC, warning that the $1 million checks he’s giving to registered voters may violate federal law. According to the PAC’s website, Musk is randomly selecting registered voters in seven major battleground states who sign a petition supporting the first and second amendments.
