A kolbar from the city of Saqqez in Eastern Kurdistan was wounded in an attack by Iranian forces.

According to reports by media in Eastern Kurdistan, a Kurdish kolbar named Rizgar Hasan from the city of Saqqez (Seqîz) was wounded in an attack by Iranian forces that directly targeted kolbars. It was reported that the kolbar was being treated in the intensive care unit of Şifa Hospital in Saqqez.
A brother of Rizgar Hasan was also seriously wounded by fire opened by Iranian forces in the city of Banê on 16 November 2023.
