The Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas celebrated 4 April by dancing the halay and singing songs in the resistance tunnels where they are located.

Guerrillas in the Medya Defense Areas organized events to mark 4 April, the birthday of Abdullah Öcalan.
Guerrillas in the resistance tunnels celebrated Leader Apo’s 76th birthday by dancing the halay and singing songs.
Guerrilla Doğa Shengal said; “We are celebrating the birthday of our leader, we are celebrating the birthday of all the Kurdish people and our comrades in the person of Leader Apo [Abdullah Öcalan]”.
Guerrillas performed the song they wrote for Öcalan’s birthday in the resistance tunnels accompanied by the erbane. The celebration continued with the halay group in the guerrilla camp.
