The birthday festivities came shortly after the couple’s countryside wedding celebration in Cumbria on July 18, 2026. Although they had already legally married in Australia, the English celebration brought together family and close friends for an intimate ceremony at a lakeside venue.
For the Australian ceremony, Mel wore an ivory lace dress borrowed from former bandmate Victoria Beckham. Victoria later designed a custom open-back wedding gown featuring vintage-inspired floral lace for the Cumbria celebration.
Several familiar faces from the Spice Girls were present for the English wedding, including Mel B, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell-Horner. Victoria Beckham was unable to attend, while Mel’s 17-year-old daughter, Scarlet, played an important role in the ceremony.
