Perwin Yusif said: “The people and party members have trusted us. We promise that we will act in line with their expectations and trust, and that we will continue this duty properly. We will work to protect and increase current success. Not only will the co-chairs be in the decision-making mechanism, but the members of parliament and elected administrators will also work wholeheartedly with the people.”

`We will expand our alliances’

Perwin Yusif drew attention to the situation in the Middle East and the world, saying that the PYD made decisions at their congresses so that they can take their place with a strong purpose. Yusif said: “We have many alliances and relations with parties in Syria, parties outside of Syria and socialist parties. We want to make these relations permanent. We have put forward many programs in order to establish alliances with the people of the region and the world.”

Yusif added that the PYD will undertake the role of organizing people for the solution of the conflict in Syria, the future of all components in Northern and Eastern Syria and the protection of the Autonomous Administration in every field.

Perwin Yusif said that they need to strengthen and escalate the struggle for the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Öcalan and added: “There are workshops. We are working to spread Leader Öcalan’s ideas in society and the social sphere, to socialize our economy and to strengthen our self-defense.”
