The Deir ez-Zor Military Council has recently undergone significant organizational and command restructuring. A new command for the Council and its affiliated military councils was elected, and crucial decisions were made to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ayed Turki Al-Khubeil, known as Abu Ali Fulad, was elected as the new commander of the Deir ez-Zor Military Council. Other elected leadership members include Lilwa Al-Abdullah, Nouri Al-Khalil, Beritan Qamishlo, and Salim Derik.
Additional leadership changes were implemented in other military councils within the Deir ez-Zor region. Turki Al-Dhari and Firas Al-Daoud were elected to lead the Al-Kasra Military Council. Abdul Karim Al-Fandi and Majid Al-Sindi assumed leadership of the Al-Suar Military Council. Ibrahim Jassim Al-Assi and Izaldin Ahmed Atallah were chosen to lead the Hajin Military Council. Finally, Musa Al-Salah and Waddah Al-Mushrif were elected to lead the Al-Busayrah Military Council.
These structural changes resulted from a recent meeting between the SDF General Command and representatives from the Deir ez-Zor Military Council and its affiliated military councils.
